[WELTRAUM IX] Public In Mexico
We met in the late 1990s has Daniel Diaz Vidaurri as a student of an academic exchange studied at architectural department of the Politecnico in Milan. Once I drove him to Ljubljana to discover Jože Plečnik’s architecture. Dedicated Chilango (in Mexican slang synonymous for a resident of Mexico City) is continuing his master’s degree in architecture in a program related to economics, politics and the environment at the National Autonomous University of Mexico UNAM. In 2007 he opened the architectural office SPAZI and recently the Laboratory for Urban Acupuncture LAU where he is working on the PMU SEDATU development project in Tapachula, located in Chiapas.

Daniel Diaz Vidaurri studied at Faculty of Politecnico di Milano, Italy and graduated in 2001 from the School of Engineering and Architecture of IPN, Mexico. He is enrolled in his practice Spazi and LAU (Laboratory por la Acupuncture Urbana).
